April 2010 Mini's GWP Cream Bag with Polka dots

April 2010 Mini's GWP is a Head Porter Cream bag with blue Polka dots. The book is priced at $13.40 before 10% discount at Kinokuiya NAC. I bought it today.

The cream bag is made of towel material and has navy blue polka dots. The towel material reminds me of the April Sweet Magazine's GWP - a mini Jill Cafe bag.

The inner lining is a thin linen cloth which is there to prevent extension when you stuff your things in as the material is stretchable. The bag has no definite shape and the shape depends on what you put in. The Mini Magazine can fit into the tote bag both lengthwise and breadthwise.

There is a pair of velcro to secure the 2 sides together while you carry it. There is no pocket/zip. You cannot expect too much when the price is about $12 after discount.

From the cover page, the bag looks so attractive but I was disappointed when I opened the package. I regretted my decision to buy it instantly. Perhaps this will appeal to the teenagers but definitely not to me. Bags with towel materials usually do not appeal to some people.

Agnes b Spring/Summer Collection 2010

Bought Agnes b Spring/Summer Collection (Mar 2010) from Kinokuiya. At $27.50 before 10% discount,the emook is worth the money ($24.75). There is a very spacious and good quality bag with a front slot. The print is bright.

Overall I would rate it much better than the cream lunch tote. Drawback is that inside no pocket and there's no zip...

There is also a lovely red love charm.

Cher 15th Anniversary Box, March 2010

Here's the pictures of the Cher 15th Anniversary Box. From the pictures on the box, the denim bag and pouch look very appealing. In fact, when I opened up the box, I was also impressed by the quality. However, there is a strange smell which comes from either the denim or the ink print.

I like the pouch which is quite spacious but I do not like the plastic inner lining. The zipper head is sturdy and big which is good as I do not like small flimsy ones. There are compartments for different items in the pouch.

The tote bag has an inner pocket but no zip.It is very spacious as the width is very big. I do not like the 'rope' handles which are not properly twisted as there is no consistency in the way they tied the knots.

The April 2010 Cutie Magazine comes at $16.40. I bought it last week at $13.12 after 20% off.

For a price of $13.12, this set of tote bag and small pouch is somewhat value for money. The exterior is made of plastic and is waterproof.

The drawback is that there is no compartment/slot inside the tote to sort your items.

I didn't get the 20% off as I bought it before the sales season.

The prints are quite light and looks so elegant from afar. I don't really quite like the inside of the bag though.

There were some scratches/bubbles on the mirror's plastic and the mirror looks so blur. It was hard to lift the plastic. I think we need to remove the plastic before use but doing so might make the holder expand.

There is an elastic band to keep or make the mirror stand.

Don't be fooled by its name. Mask white is not white at all. In fact,it is the exact opposite. The masque is black in colour and will stain clothing if allowed to set in. Do wash your clothes immediately if it drips onto your clothes. Apply masque, avoiding the eye and mouth regions. Allow to dry. It peels off beautifully as a single layer. The face looks visibly brightened and the blackheads are peeled off as well. An effective solution.

The masque is good to use at the eye area as it does not cause irritation and has a soothing effect. I feel that the masque is quite expensive but it does hydrate the skin after application. You leave the masque on your cleansed face and a bit on the eye area for few minutes and wash it off before it comes dry. If you leave the masque on until it dries up, then your skin will not get the maximum effect and might worsen instead.

The stress relief oil has a nice fragrance which helps to relax the mind and calm the senses. It is very rich and has quite a thick consistency. With one pump, a handful of oil will be dispensed onto your hand.. (too much?) The oil does not get absorbed easily into the skin and thus makes massaging easier as the oil is a good lubricant. I use it for massaging my legs. It will make the surroundings/ floor oily so do use a towel to absorb the excess oil.

The daily resurfacer instantly brightens up the skin on the first application and continues to do so every time you apply a dose. The price is quite steep though for such small doses. The thin spongy applicator is gentle to the skin and the friction is just nice to exfoliate the surface cells. Do not keep the resurfacer for too long as the applicators will turn yellow over time/ when exposed too long to heat/light because this happened to mine.
