Two weeks after TRA plus 6 days of AgeLoc R2

I started taking ageLoc R2 last Monday, 7 May, I find that I have more stamina and feel more energised in the day. There is a calmness with the energy, it is not those stressful type of energy spike.

I didn't lose much weight this week, weighing 62.0 kg this week. Measured yesterday.

I exercise more, about 1hr walk n jog plus static exercises at the fitness corner. I also climb 8 flights of stairs after exercise. The frequency is about twice a week.

I gained back my muscles of 0.5% and I lost 700g of fats this week. Overall, there is a total of 0.9 kg drop in fats in 2 weeks.
