Painful root canal and then extraction!

Have not updated my posts recently due to fever and pain from the stupid molar tooth decay. Just posted empty posts without comments or pics. The throbbing pain in the jawline extended all the way to the ear and head. So much acid in stomach for eating painkillers. And painkillers don't seem to help! That's the problem.

Been suffering from pain for 2-3 years already. And every different dentist tells me there's nothing wrong with it. Last month I had terrible pain and the pain escalated to where I am getting ear ache, headache and fever. It is my 5th tooth  that had to be treated and I had suffered extreme pain every time my tooth needs to be treated.



I feel pain just doing nothing. Extreme pain when talking. Unbearable when chewing.

He had treated my root twice. The 2nd time, I didn't take any injection and it was damn painful. The third time It was so horribly painful that tears streamed down my cheeks uncontrollably. On the third time we opened it up yesterday, there was a tiny crack line. The fourth time I saw my dentist, we took an x-ray and there was no visible infection or crack on the film. Finally, I begged the dentist to remove my tooth. Had many injections and now the drug is wearing off. I feel so painful once again. The throbbing pain is so unbearable.
I cannot talk properly. How to work?

I ordered it on 3 April 2010 at the Makeup Mix Shop. Miss Toma is the only one preparing the orders and she has been a very nice and accomodating lady! It will take longer for her to prepare when there is a SALE/ promotion. I was quite a pesky and persistent customer. It was shipped on 13 April and arrived today! I wanted  It came with a $5 off voucher which can be used only with a min $50 purchase...

I was so excited to receive this haul. I love the love of the ecotool brushes and will order some more for my friends if there is a promotion. (i think I just missed the last promotion.)

In fact, the Ecotool brow brush was damaged in transit (I was quite upset because it is no longer a complete set) and the LA fixer actually leaked (and caused a small mess on my sofa as I was taking pics). I must admit that Miss Toma is a very fast and efficient person when it comes to customer feedback, she immediately calculated and refunded me the money for these 2 damages (without me having to ship back the 2 items), Refund was through paypal on that very same day, within a few hours!

EDM must really learn from her and reply existing customers fast regarding damaged goods etc.

I tried the Ecotools bronzer brush and MY! It is a must buy!

Using USPS international mail. It took slightly longer than the FEDex shipping and kept making me worried coz there is no tracking at all.

My first edm haul was with Mew_pinkie (flowerpod), she is a nice lady. However, there is some glitch with Singpost's registered mail (I think I would rather opt for next day delivery or normal post, all definitely faster than the dumb registered mail system)

My 2nd Haul dated 13 April 2010 from EDM... arrived  using FEDEX international economy shipping. quite fast I would say.

Bought more than 12 brushes this time to give away mainly, some brushes to give away for friends (haven't decide yet), I have given 2 away already. Quite crazy to buy so many brushes.

However, there some quality issues about the colour and the dents.

But if I were to ask for refund, I need to pay shipping costs. quite a waste of money and a lot of hassle..

Seventeen May issue, priced at $16.40 before discount, comes with a very large and spacious Cecil Mcbee bag. There is a strong plastic smell when bag is removed from package.. You can buy it if you do not mind not having any slot/ pockets/ zips as this bag can hold books bigger than A4 size and looks quite sturdy.

Mini May 2010

There is a gwp makeup bag with May issue of Mini. Mini retails at $16.70 before 10% discounts at Kinokuiya.

I do not really like the makeup bag as the zipper heads are rather thin. The compartments can help to separate makeup but I have the feeling they might just come out of position. The upside is that this makeup bag is very light and may help organise your handbag.

Amica April 2010

Amica May 2010 at $6.00, comes with a Nuxe 200ml Toner and a $20 voucher if you get it at Kinokuiya.

I feel that the fragrance is something like green tea.. The toner is soothing to the skin. Good buy for $6.

L'Officiel March 2010 gwp Ed Pinaud eye shadow

I bought 7 copies of the L'Officiel March 2010 just to get the 6 different sets of eye shadows. In the end, I used only one set and the rest were just opened to be photographed only. The brushes that come with the eyeshadows were not so good for application so I used my own brushes instead. Each L'Officiel March 2010 (priced at $5.90) comes with a free Ed Pinaud eye shadow.

L'Officiel April 2010 gwp Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Relaxing Balm

This month's L'officiel (April 2010) priced at $5.90, comes with a special edition Marc by Marc Jacobs bookmark. If you get it at MPH, you will also get a free Paul Mitchell Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Relaxing Balm for smoothing and controlling (hair).

I have subscribed to L'officiel but has not received any issue yet. I dislike the fact that book stores and magazines stands are always getting their copies earlier than the subscriber. I also receive my SWW later than the magazines stands.

April 2010 Sweet with Jill Cafe bag

Priced at $19.30 before 10% discount, April Issue of Sweet comes with a GWP - a Jill Cafe bag. This Jill Cafe bag is made of towel material, which is similar to that of April issue of Mini which I have just bought.

I do not really like the towel material.

Luckily, this bag comes with a zip and I am thankful because my stuff will not drop out so easily.

There is a slot inside the bag but it is thin and filmsy. The inner lining is made of very thin linen cloth which I d not like... This is more for makeup accessories like pressed powder,blushes, brushes, lipsticks, etc.

If you have any pins/ clips/ keys, please put into a pouch first to avoid scratching/damaging the inner lining.

April 2010 Mini's GWP Cream Bag with Polka dots

April 2010 Mini's GWP is a Head Porter Cream bag with blue Polka dots. The book is priced at $13.40 before 10% discount at Kinokuiya NAC. I bought it today.

The cream bag is made of towel material and has navy blue polka dots. The towel material reminds me of the April Sweet Magazine's GWP - a mini Jill Cafe bag.

The inner lining is a thin linen cloth which is there to prevent extension when you stuff your things in as the material is stretchable. The bag has no definite shape and the shape depends on what you put in. The Mini Magazine can fit into the tote bag both lengthwise and breadthwise.

There is a pair of velcro to secure the 2 sides together while you carry it. There is no pocket/zip. You cannot expect too much when the price is about $12 after discount.

From the cover page, the bag looks so attractive but I was disappointed when I opened the package. I regretted my decision to buy it instantly. Perhaps this will appeal to the teenagers but definitely not to me. Bags with towel materials usually do not appeal to some people.

Agnes b Spring/Summer Collection 2010

Bought Agnes b Spring/Summer Collection (Mar 2010) from Kinokuiya. At $27.50 before 10% discount,the emook is worth the money ($24.75). There is a very spacious and good quality bag with a front slot. The print is bright.

Overall I would rate it much better than the cream lunch tote. Drawback is that inside no pocket and there's no zip...

There is also a lovely red love charm.
